NIWARA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS was established in 2002 as a partnership firm by MR.VIJAY D. MANGAONKAR and MRS.SUJATA S. BHOSALE. A small step in the direction of big achievements. Passion for quality, excellence in designs and customer delight run through each of our projects. Niwara Builders and Developers is a renowned brand in Kolhapur for their quality of constructions and timely completion of projects.

Niwara is an authoritative organisation providing residential and commercial buildings and plotted layouts in Kolhapur. Since last 22 years we have successfully completed number of constructions and real estate projects. Mr Vijay D. Mangaonkar is a civil engineer by qualification, with inborn abilities of an entrepreneur. He has an experience of 24 years of construction, real estate development and consulting civil engineer. He is founder member of Niwara builders and developers performing a key role in this organization.
Mr. Vijay D. Mangaonkar is well known active member of CREDAI, Kolhapur.

A commerce graduate having a deep knowledge of real estate laws, Mrs. Sujata S. Bhosale possesses an entrepreneurship quality. She plays a vital role in development of this organization. She even looks after communication & customer relationship.
